"They sent me the wrong product, then it took months of back and forth via email and my eventually initiating a chargeback with my bank account before they would send me the hair dye I ordered. When I finally used it, it made my whole scalp itch and burn for weeks. I must be allergic to something in it. horrible experience all around. I absolutely don’t recommend buying anything from Good Dye Young."

"I am in love with Good Dye Young's "Dye Duos" !! There are so many reasons, I'm not even sure where to start 1) First of all, when you apply this dye it smells absolutely lovely !! I have dyed my hair before with another brand and it had a strong "chemical" odor and made me feel uncomfortable. I have the complete opposite reaction with Good Dye Young because now I actually look FORWARD to how my hair will smell after I dye it hehehe ~ 2) THIS COLOR IS VIVID, when I tell you I felt like I was a firetruck with the first round of dying it red I'm not joking !! I was shocked by how it truly pops and loved that I got that red color I was expecting. 3) The "DYEposit" is my secret weapon in keeping my hair color vivid 24/7 ! My coworkers will ask how I keep my hair such a bright red all the time and I always direct them to Good Dye Young's "DYEposit". I will apply it at least once a week or more because I'm someone who is obsessed with my hair color staying consistent. Make sure you allow the product to sit and soak, I allow for 10 minutes to pass at least. With my long hair, I find that the "DYEposit" bottle can last me approx ~1 month. Personally, I think that is a great time frame for the quality and consistency. 4) The price for this duo is worth every penny. It has a 40 dollar value and from what I've seen you can always buy it on their website for only 30 dollars. If you try to get it on Amazon it will be 39.00 from my experience. While I can't ignore it is overall on the higher price point end for hair dyes, I much prefer this to the dye I used before and I believe it is worth the extra money for the end results. 5) They have a wide range of colors to choose from, I started with blue and now red but will be changing to pink when my next order arrives ! I have not been disappointed with any products I've purchased and I'm excited to try all of their colors eventually ! WORDS OF ADVICE: due to the vividness of the color, it can get onto your pillowcases and stain the bathtub. However, this shouldn't be too surprising and thankfully has easy fixes. I make sure my pillowcases are dark colored and wear a bonnet in bed to protect both my bed and hair. In regards to the bathtub, I wear a shower cap after I have applied the "DYEposit" conditioner, and should any product fall onto the tub and stain it, some good elbow grease gets it right out !"
