"Personally I believe the example photos are of a wig. The color is extremely patchy. Places that are definitely a level 10 didn't take but the slightest amount of color. Spots that are a 9 didn't take color at all. My hair was processed and dyed correctly and it turned out nothing like the color in the photos. This was very disappointing. In the future I'll stick with IroIro and Arctic fox."
"I lightened my hair twice just to reach level 9/8 but the color only took on my over-processed ends. The rest of my hair just looks light brown. Don’t buy this, choose a different pink that works"

I really should’ve gotten more of the lightening kit because my hair’s dark (didn’t get the best coverage) but even with just ONE kit and one Ex-Girl, I’m obsessed with how it turned out. "I've had pink hair for over three years, and I've used many different pink dyes (ex-girl being my fav). I had really high hopes for this hair dye, especially with my hair being already an incredibly washed out pink and freshly bleached roots. I was really hoping for a much brighter color. Overall, the dye came out somewhat patchy even after a professional application. The color was much duller than I thought it would be, and it washed out in a few weeks. I enjoyed trying it, but was not entirely satisfied with the color as my blonde started peeking through after just a wash or two. Guess I'm going back to Ex-Girl, but Baddie was fun to try!"
"curly haired folks, this is NOT for you. thank you good dye young. for nothing. what a waste of $38 + shipping, i may as well have taken the amount i spent on this and threw it in the trash. i have dyed my hair for years now and never in my life have i gotten something eith a formula so splotchy and something that applied to my head so evenly. i now have to take a trip to sallys to waste another $40 on some other hair dye because i needed my hair to be pink for an event. i look like i had a hot pink dye in my hair weeks ago that has faded really poorly, my hair is pale salmon at best with random spots of the pink it should be. majorly disappointed, as a college student who tries to do fun looks on a budget i am really regretful that i’ll now have to spend (hopefully just) double on achieving the look i want."

"I used the GDY “Baddie” dye. I left it in for the full extent of the processing time and then some. After washing it out it barely did anything at all. it was SLIGHTLY pink in spots but nowhere near the color I was thinking it would be. I’m really disheartened because i’ve heard great things about this brand but was very disappointed. I would like to say I’d try it again but honestly it’s too big of an investment for me to risk getting ineffective product. I also do think the color on the packaging NEEDS to be changed it’s very misleading. Baddie is one of the lightest/ least pigmented shades even when it works (which i’ve seen it work for influencers) and yet the box is the darkest shade of them all which is very misleading."
