Wrong color
"I expected a navy blue as advertised, i lightened my hair up to a level 8 and 9 yet i ended up with a tealish greenish color. I did everything as usual yet the color still came out wrong. Very disappointing :("

"I dyed this on level 9 hair as is to see how it would fade. First go it came out a super dusky midnight blue, loved it. As it faded the green tones definitely came out, and upon redyes it’s been a more vibrant blue than that initial. I recently bought purple eater to mix in and it’s PERFECT. True, real life blueberry skin color. Not as bright as Coraline but just as pigmented. Purple eater has done a really good job neutralizing those greens, so even after a few washes, it’s not teal like it was. My hair is super porous, so color exits just as easily as it enters. Your experience may be different, especially if you have naturally light hair. I’ve found this color has wayyyyy less transfer than AF. I’m not worried about my pillows and sheets at all."
"Great color, easy to use, making fun colored hair an at home project. Rinsed out very easy, compared to some dyes that leave you rinsing for almost 30 minutes."
"I used this on my level 5/6 hair and it darkened it while giving a blue tint and it was exactly what I wanted. When rinsing I didn't find it to stain skin or tub. I love how GDY gives me the ability to experiment with expression in my own house, and it smells so good."
"Though slightly more expensive, you def get what you’re paying for. Its thicker texture makes for an easier, more thorough application. The smell isn’t too strong, or chemical, which my sensory issues appreciate. Compared to its competitors, I’ve noticed it looks more vibrant on a natural brown base. The color options are right up my alley, and I’d still be excited to see more variety in the future. Overall, a brilliant brand venture that I’m excited to have found (shoutout to the Waterparks collab)!"
"This is a dark teal. It’s very green blue. I was hoping for more of a true navy. I def have mermaid vibes but I was hoping for like denim vibes."
"genuinely the only hair due that really works on my hair"
"Smells great, beautiful color, and leaves my hair feeling so soft!!"
"mixed with blue ruin."
"Great feel and a rich color! This was my first time using this dye and I'm liking it so far! I will say it stains the skin pretty badly, but that's fairly expected w a color this dark :)"
