How To Use Pro Tips Ingredients

To create the best blank canvas for your color, we recommend that you first lighten your hair with our easy-to-use GDY Lightening Kit. Our semi-perms work best over pre-lightened hair, levels 7-10. Please refer to individual colors for the best starting level.
Squeeze your color into a plastic bowl. Remember: wear gloves to prevent staining on your hands.
Do a strand test before applying the color all over your hair to ensure you love the look.
Divide your hair into 4 equal sections and apply dye directly onto dry hair with a color brush or your fingers. Make sure the color is fully saturated throughout each section by applying a dollop of color for every two inch portion of your hair. Gently emulsify/massage into the hair to ensure coverage.
Let the color sit on your hair for at least 30 minutes.
Rinse with cool water.

Du Hast is the tone of rose gold jewelry.
It shows up best on level 10 blonde hair but will add a rose gold tint to medium blonde hair (level 7-8).
If you want to change up your looks often, we recommend starting with Du Hast. As a lighter color, Du Hast tends to be easier to completely remove from the hair.
This color will start to fade to a golden-y pink color.
Depending on how often you wash your hair, Du Hast will last anywhere from 4-6 weeks.

"Cute color but didn’t last even one wash. Started with close to L10 blonde, dyed it twice and the second time got a pretty orangey rose gold. After a couple washes in cold water it was totally gone though."

Makes your hair brown :(

"I was really excited for this color but when I finally got it, it was a disappointment. It comes out of the tube looking brown, with almost no rose/pink hue at all. It actually made my bleached hair brown without any pinky peach tones at all. Maybe I got a bad batch but the color was not as advertised at all."
