Aimee is a self-taught cake artist turned full-time content creator who specializes in all things strange, whimsical, and outside of the box. She is the creative mastermind behind the rustic, topsy-turvy wedding cakes commissioned by iconic celebrity clients like Chloe Sevigny and Karen Elson. Last year, Aimee teamed up with our very own Hayley Williams to make a delicious tomato and burrata sandwich on crisp focaccia bread from She Wolf Bakery in Brooklyn. Some of the not-so-secret ingredients behind that magical moment include homemade pesto spread, marinated olives, and arugula. Yeah… we still haven’t stopped thinking about that sandwich.
