Once an order is placed, we cannot add or remove any items. If you need to cancel your order, please email [email protected] with your order number or email used to place the order.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your need, we cannot guarantee your request. Please make sure your order is complete and accurate before placing it.
If you need to edit or change any part of your address on your order, please immediately email [email protected] Be sure to include your order number and correct address.
While we will make every effort to update your address, orders are shipped out quickly from our fulfillment center. We cannot guarantee that we can update your information. We ask that you review your order information in its entirety before you submit your order.
If we are unable to update your address, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number to see if they are able to intercept the package.
Good Dye Young is not responsible for lost orders due to insufficient or incorrect address information. Please double check your order information before placing your order.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange the unused product for a different color or product, please purchase the items you are looking for and return your unused items. You can find our return instructions here.
Please note: your original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Orders process right away, but depending on your location, they may take 7-10 days to arrive. International shipments may take longer.
- Domestic Orders leave our fulfillment center within 1-3 days after being placed
- International Orders leave our fulfillment center within 4-5 days after being placed
Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your tracking number. If you do not received an email with this information, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still have not received your tracking information, please email [email protected] with your order number or email address used to place the order.
GDY uses the US Postal Service to ship all domestic orders. Your order will be shipped via USPS and can be tracked here. GDY uses APC to ship all international orders. Your order will be shipped via APC and can be tracked here.
EcoCart directs the carbon offset funds to certified carbon offset projects like planting trees or building wind farms. They have scoured the globe for carbon offset projects that are truly additive (meaning new), permanent, and without unintended consequences. All of their projects are independently certified to internationally recognized standards. All of their projects also include an element of social good such as protecting an endangered species of animal, or creating local jobs!
Shipping to the United States is a standard flat rate of $12 and orders over $30 ship free.
Shipping to Canada is a standard flat rate of $15.
International shipping charges vary based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. All international customers will be responsible for customs, duties, & VAT charges.
